Greetings, fellow audio explorer.

Maybe you’re hunting down the perfect cable length and termination for your premium headphones, mapping the route from your audio rig to the comfort of your mountain retreat. You’ve traced the path around corners, under tables, and past wandering pets, making sure your signal travels smoothly through the rugged terrain of your living space.

Or maybe you’re after something more streamlined for a desktop, computer, or portable setup, clean, efficient, and purpose-built, like a mountaineer packing only what matters for the climb ahead.

Either way, you’re in the right place. At Custom Headphone Cables, nestled in the rugged beauty of Three Forks, Montana, USA, we build custom cable solutions that are as tough and dependable as the landscape that surrounds us. Every cable is handcrafted with precision and care, built to hold up through years of use and countless listening sessions.

We use Canare Cable with high-quality copper conductors to deliver a clean, unimpeded signal, letting your music come through with clarity, depth, and detail. Just send us an email with your desired cable length, headphone connector type, and source plug preference, whether that’s stereo 1/4", 3.5mm (1/8"), or XLR/balanced. From there, we’ll get to work crafting a cable built for the long haul.

Our plug options include single-ended 1/4" and 3.5mm (1/8"), along with balanced 4.4mm TRRRS, 2.5mm TRRS, 4-pin XLR, and dual 3-pin XLR. We’re well-versed in today’s high-end headphones, and if you’re unsure about compatibility, just reach out, we’re happy to help.

Custom work is exactly that: custom. Once your order is placed and the build begins, it’s yours to keep. All special orders are final, with no returns or exchanges.

We stand behind our work with a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship and protection against manufacturing defects. With nearly two decades of experience, we’ve learned our lessons the hard way and baked them into every build. These are cables made to stand their ground long after the rest of your rig taps out.
