Shipping

We hand-build each cable with care, and most orders — including custom configs and those with expedited shipping — are prepared for shipment within 1 to 4 business days. Orders ship out Monday through Friday via USPS, excluding federal holidays.

Signature confirmation is not typically required for packages valued under $750. If you’d prefer to have a signature required for added security, just let us know — we’ll add it at no extra charge.

We pause shipping operations on these U.S. holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Weekend
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

Delays are rare but can happen. We can’t take responsibility for shipping interruptions caused by factors beyond our control — things like carrier delays, bad weather, mechanical issues, missed deliveries, regional restrictions, address errors, or any sudden policy changes from the courier.

International Orders:

For customers receiving shipments outside the U.S., customs fees, taxes, or handling charges may apply and are set by your local government. These fees are your responsibility.

If you’re receiving a package through a forwarding service, having someone else receive it, or shipping to a temporary address, please contact us before placing your order. That helps avoid delivery issues and ensures a smooth process.

International orders refused or returned due to unpaid fees or delivery problems might be treated as abandoned and won’t be refunded.
