Shipping

We hand-build each cable with care, and most orders, including custom configs and those with expedited shipping, are prepared for shipment within 1 to 4 business days. Orders ship out Monday through Friday via USPS, excluding federal holidays.

Signature confirmation is not typically required for packages valued under $750. If you’d prefer to have a signature required for added security, just let us know, we’ll add it at no extra charge.

We pause shipping operations on these U.S. holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Weekend
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

Delays are rare but can happen. We can’t take responsibility for shipping interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, things like carrier delays, bad weather, mechanical issues, missed deliveries, regional restrictions, address errors, or any sudden policy changes from the courier.

International Orders:

For customers receiving shipments outside the U.S., customs fees, taxes, or handling charges may apply and are set by your local government. These fees are your responsibility.

If you’re receiving a package through a forwarding service, having someone else receive it, or shipping to a temporary address, please contact us before placing your order. That helps avoid delivery issues and ensures a smooth process.

International orders refused or returned due to unpaid fees or delivery problems might be treated as abandoned and won’t be refunded.
