Shipping policy
We hand-build each cable with care, and most orders — including custom configurations and those with expedited shipping — are prepared for shipment within 1 to 4 business days. Orders ship out Monday through Friday via USPS, excluding federal holidays.
Signature confirmation is not typically required for packages valued under $750. If you’d prefer to have a signature required for added security, just let us know—we’re happy to add it upon request.
We pause shipping operations on these U.S. holidays:
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Weekend
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
While delays are rare, Custom Headphone Cables cannot assume responsibility for issues arising from shipping interruptions outside our control. These include but aren’t limited to: carrier delays, weather disruptions, mechanical problems, missed delivery attempts, regional service limitations, address entry errors, or unexpected handling policies from the courier.
Please note: international orders may incur customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or handling fees upon arrival. These are set and collected by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility. For exact information on what to expect, please reach out to your country’s customs authority.
If you're ordering internationally and using a U.S.-based forwarding service, having a friend/family member receive the package, or staying at a temporary domestic address, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can ensure a smooth shipping process. Orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or delivery complications may be considered abandoned and are not refundable.
