At Custom Headphone Cables, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your custom headphone cable, we're here to help with our friendly and reasonable return policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom headphone cable purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your cable within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Conditions for Returns

  • The cable must be returned in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
  • Returns showing wear, damage, or modifications will not be accepted.
  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Please include your order number to help us process your return efficiently.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total for all non-defective returns.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange your cable for a different model, please specify your preference during the return process.
  • Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
  • Please note that exchanged products are non-returnable.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged cable, please contact us immediately.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

  • Products on sale and items ordered from our custom listing pages are not eligible for return or exchange.
